My primary objective is to meet the student where they are and be flexible in scope. My "why" for participating in this program is to be who I needed when I was in the program and those needs were diverse, hence, being open to the objective and needs of the students.
I worked my way up from garbage man to Director at Salesforce. I can support you no matter where you are on your journey. I can share insight and ask questions to help you define and work toward your goals. I am direct and expect you to come prepared for every meeting.
