Job Description

I work on Amazon’s Data Privacy, AI, and Compliance team within the Worldwide Operations organization. In this role, I partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to help ensure that our systems, processes, and products comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations at the national, state, and global levels. My work focuses on helping teams navigate complex privacy and compliance requirements while supporting responsible data use and the development of AI-driven solutions.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

My goal as a mentor is to help students build confidence as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. I hope to provide practical guidance on interview preparation, professional communication, networking, and personal branding. I also aim to share insights from my own career experiences across risk management, consulting, and data privacy to help students explore career opportunities, strengthen their professional skills, and approach new challenges with confidence.

As a mentor, I can support students in the following:

- Student transition from college to first professional role
- Improved communication and interpersonal skills
- Expanding a network, building connection, navigating an organization

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

100% in person at campus, in Capitol Hill or downtown.

Additional Information

I was a mentee in the Albers Mentor Program for two years and had a phenomenal experience. I am excited to work with students with their early career development!
